If voice, prop, interaction or game ban:
If you have been issued a ban, then you have violated the PokerStars VR Terms of Service and Community Standards and will be banned for the set number of days issued.
If you would like to make a ban appeal, please submit a ticket request from our Help Center. Select "Player Moderation - Ban appeal" as your issue, fill out all of the information and press submit. One of our agents will respond.
Bans are not issued for any reason, and we stand behind the bans that are placed but we are always open to listening to our users and hearing their side to any issue.
If banned from the PokerStars VR Discord:
If you have been banned from our Discord, this means that you violated one of the rules in the Code of Conduct. These bans will either be temporary or permanent depending on the severity of the post. The Code of Conduct includes:
- You may not use or promote sexually explicit, abusive or obscene content.
- You may not use or promote language or content that would qualify as hateful or racially offensive.
- You may not harass, bully, threaten other users, or encourage other users to do so.
- You may not encourage or promote illegal activity.
- You may not impersonate a PokerStars employee, partner, representative, other real person or encourage others to do so.
- You may not promote other servers, websites, downloads etc…
To submit a ban appeal for Discord, follow the same steps as above. If your ban appeal is granted, keep in mind that getting banned a second time from the Discord server will likely lead to a permanent ban that will not be appealed.
